About Me
Hello! My name is Allison.
̌
I design clarity for people.
My approach is simple:
Understand deeply. Align teams with evidence. Design with intention.
I’m Allison — a Senior Product Designer based in Los Angeles.
I blend research, strategy, and systems thinking to bring clarity to complex products and help cross-functional teams align around what matters.
I care about creating experiences that make people feel understood. I advocate for inclusive, thoughtful ways of working—especially for teammates who process information differently. To me, good design is as much about shared understanding as it is about the final interface.
I also use AI as a collaborative partner to refine ideas and work efficiently. It helps me move faster on the repetitive tasks so I can stay focused on what humans uniquely excel at: understanding people and context, interpreting nuance, and designing for emotion, meaning, and lived experience.
